Richard Lowes
For almost 20 years, Richard has acted exclusively for claimants in a broad range of personal injury actions. He has extensive experience in dealing with accidents that have caused severe injuries and fatalities and has a particular interest in acting for clients suffering with chronic pain disorders. Mark Tawn
Over nearly 20 years Mark has earned a formidable reputation as a personal injury litigator and has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme since 1999. Mark handles predominantly high value workplace and road traffic related claims and has extensive experience in acting for clients suffering with chronic pain disorders. He has taken cases to the Court of Appeal. Last year alone his clients received damages in excess of £4 million.
Mark lives in Cirencester with his wife and two children and enjoys gardening, reading, the theatre and cinema.
