Welcome to the the updated Personal Injury Solutions Website and our new Personal Injury Blog.

Personal Injury Solutions is the specialist personal injury department of BLB Solicitors.  We are a niche team acting for accident victims who are looking for the reassurance that their solicitor both understands their case and is fighting their corner.  You may feel that this should always be the case with a specialist solicitor and we quite agree.  However, our experience shows that the quality of legal advice and representation available is often poor, with inadequate consideration of both legal and medical issues.

We are regularly instructed by clients who have been unhappy with the quality of the advice and/or the level of service that they have received from their previous solicitor.

Further, over the last few years we have developed a particular expertise in acting for clients who, following an accident, have developed chronic pain conditions such as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), Fibromyalgia and Neuropathic Pain.  These claims often involve complex issues and it is vital that the solicitor acting fully understands both the condition and the evidential issues involved.
