It is interesting to note that at a time when the Lord Chancellor and Justice Secretary, Kenneth Clarke, is lambasting the so-called 'claims culture', his former party leader, Michael Howard, has decided to supplement his meager parliamentary pension by accepting a directorship with Helphire Group PLC - a claims company.
